Classification of textile woven fabrics

Two systems (or direction) of yarn perpendicular to each other, and according to a former law of interweaving and the formation of the fabric for the woven fabric.

The basic organization is the simpler and more basic organization of all kinds of organizations, is the basis of the composition of various changes, fancy organization. The basic organization includes plain, twill and satin three kinds of organization.

1、Textile plain weave organization

Organizational parameters: plain fabric is a simpler kind of organization of all fabrics. Its organization law is a top and a bottom, two alternate become a complete organization.

Characteristics: Plain fabric has more warp and weft yarn interweaving points and more yarn flexion, so its fabric surface is flat, the body and bones are strong, firm texture and tight appearance, but the feel is hard and small elasticity.

Commonly used plain fabrics: plain fabrics are widely used in cotton, wool, silk, linen fabrics, such as flat cloth, fine texture of spinning, clear diamond-shaped particles of poplin, showing the obvious bumpy horizontal stripes appearance of piquant satin, crepe effect of bubble yarn and georgette yarn, as well as the hidden grid effect of vanadine, Pai Lixi, thin tweed, facecloth, etc..

2、Textile twill organization

Organizational parameters: The characteristics of twill organization are in the warp short floating length or weft short floating length arranged in a sequential step, in the fabric surface constitutes a continuous diagonal line. Its organization of each warp yarn movement is the same, but the starting point is different.

Features: twill textile organization has a warp surface, weft surface and front twill. Where the fabric surface by the majority of tissue points, such as 2/1 for the warp surface twill, and vice versa, the weft tissue points account for the majority of the weft surface twill, such as 1/3.

Common twill fabric: flat grain twill, beige, gonzi prominent khaki, wada tweed, etc.

3、Textile satin organization

Organizational parameters and characteristics: satin organization is the basic organization of a more complex organization. Its characteristics are in each warp yarn (or weft yarn) on it only a separate tissue point (by tissue point or weft tissue point), the adjacent two yarns on the separate tissue point between a front spacing, and by the two sides of the long line or weft floating long line, so that the surface of the fabric almost all because of a long line or weft floating long line, so its smooth and even surface, good luster, soft texture.

Common satin fabric: satin organization is widely used. In the cotton, wool fabric more than five satin organization, common straight tribute tweed, horizontal tribute tweed, horizontal tribute satin, etc., in the silk fabric more than eight satin organization, common with a variety of luster better plain satin, flower satin or satin ground flower fabric.
