For woven fabrics, one is tensile breaking strength, most fabrics can meet the requirements in this area, if this requirement is not met, the development of this fabric is unsuccessful and can not be made into garments; the second is tearing strength, that is, the test sample is first torn open a small mouth, and then continue to tear the fabric with the strength instrument to see what it can withstand. In addition, for knitted fabrics, the general assessment of the strength of the fabric is the top breaking strength; but the top breaking strength of knitted fabrics is more related to the strength of the yarn itself and the weight of the fabric, if the strength of the yarn is not good and the weight is very light, there will be problems.

Yarn fineness: for the same material, the thicker the yarn, the better the strength, so the higher the strength of the fabric woven into it;

The twist of the yarn: Generally speaking, the strength of the yarn rises with the twist, but after it rises to a certain level, the strength of the yarn is going to fall with the twist, but this does not usually happen;

The density of the fabric: Generally speaking, the higher the density of the fabric, the greater the amount of yarn per unit area, and the greater the strength of the fabric will be.
